• Have understanding of at least one (1) E2E flow and Market Specifics
• High customer service orientation
• Strong attention to detail and process oriented
• Good documentation, analyzing and communication skills
• Excellent problem solving skills, knowledgeable in root cause analysis, 5 whys and fishbone analyis
• High persuasion skills to drive mindset change
• Proficienct in Windows, MS Excel, MS Word and MS Power Point, Power BI and Microsoft Teams application
