A day in the life of...
Sourcing & Interviews
1. Conducts paper and phone screening of candidates and initial interviews.
2. Manages interview schedules with hiring supervisors, managers, and candidates.
3. Ensures interview guides and candidate reports are prepared for interviewers.
4. Analyzes feedback from interviewers and candidates through respective evaluation forms.
5. Prepare salary analysis and Job offer letter for successful candidates
Onboarding
1. Manages the execution of the pre-boarding and onboarding process for new hires.
• Ensures completion of pre-employment requirements for each candidate within the target hire date.
• Follows up and tracks the completion of pre-employment requirements, such as ID requests and Safety and Security Orientation.
•Coordinates and monitors online results of medical exams and background investigations, updates the tracker, and files the results in the 201 folders.
2. Coordinates the Hire Action process with HR-Payroll.
3. Prepares the New Hire Kit, which includes items such as the Engagement Letter, policy copies, temporary ID, timesheet, etc.
What will make you successful
- At least 3-4 years’ experience as administrative assistant, preferably in Recruitment / HR activities
- Previous experience working in a multi-cultural environment
- College graduate
