A DAY IN THE LIFE …

The Recruitment Services Analyst will be supporting the recruitment, preboarding and onboarding processes within assigned Market/s by providing administrative, coordination and candidate screening support, and take part in the following activities: 

    • Coordinating and supporting new joiners in the completion of pre-employment requirements.
    • Ensuring accurate documentation and reporting of pre/onboarding requirements. 

 

Vacancy Management Support

    • Understand the hiring needs of the assigned functions / businesses including position descriptions and candidate criteria. Conduct paper and phone screening of candidates and initial interviews.
    • Manage interview schedules with hiring supervisors, managers, and candidates.
    • Coordinate and support candidates in the completion of medical and other assessments.
    • Prepare salary analysis, Job offers and engagement letters for successful candidates.

 

Preboarding and Onboarding

    • Manage the execution of the pre-boarding and onboarding process for new hires. Ensure the completion of pre-employment requirements for each candidate within the target hire date. Coordinate and monitor online results of medical exams, background investigations and other pre-employment assessments.
    • Maintain accurate tracking and records in accordance with Recruitment and HR processes.
    • Coordinate with various HRBS teams to ensure required documentation is stored and filed appropriately.
    • Prepare New Hire Kits, including items such as the Engagement Letter, policy copies, temporary ID, timesheet, etc.

 

Candidate Care

    • Promote Nestlé employer brand and value proposition by showcasing our culture, values, and opportunities through various channels.
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and new joiners, ensuring a personalized and professional experience. Maintain regular and timely communication with candidates and new joiners providing updates on their application, preboarding and onboarding status.

 

Continuous Improvement
Lead and contribute to continuous improvement projects and new initiatives to deliver best in class recruitment services. 

 

Internal Control and Compliance

    • Adhere to Nestlé Business Services processes.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations as well as Nestlé standards, processes, and guidelines throughout each stage of talent acquisition.
    • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain confidentiality of candidate information.

 

Other Administrative Tasks

    • Prepare and maintain recruitment and other HR reports, as needed
      Manages General Mailbox

 

 

ARE YOU A FIT?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or any related course
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative position, preferably in Recruitment / HR activities
  • Previous experience working in a multi-cultural environment
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft office suite
  • Has the ability to collaborate and build positive relationships with diverse, cross-functional stakeholders
  • Familiar with cultural sensitivity and the ability to balance Nestlé corporate culture with regional cultural nuances
  • With good time management, organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks deadlines
  • Must have good attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
  • Able to manage confidential data/information
