A day in the life of...

Support the markets’ implementation of the Rewards processes such as Salary Reviews, Short-Term Bonus, Long-Term Incentives and Mass Off-cycle Salary Review

Upload and maintain an up-to-date employee database for compensation information

Create and maintain compensation forms that will be used by all actors in the market

Create bonus plans and employee bonus plan assignments

Calculate bonus payout and ensure accuracy

Upload budget and guidelines for Salary Review & Long-term Incentives

Generate compensation-related statements/letters

Coordinate actions with the relevant parties in the Rewards processes

Generate reports and observes timely submission

Perform regular data quality checks and coordinate findings

Execute self-assessment according to business controls requirements

Initiate process improvements to increase efficiency in the workplace

Participate in system testing for improvements & changes in legal or business requirements

Attend to all rewards related inquiries

Initiate process documentation update

Other rewards processes and additional responsibilities as assigned

What will make you successful

Bachelor's degree holder

Work experience in HR, Payroll or Compensation processes/systems required

Experience of using SAP HR/PY & Success Factors preferred

Experience in process improvement methodologies preferred

Knowledge in Organizational/Position Management process, an advantage

Can work with minimum supervision

Able to work on any shift
