A day in the life of...
The RPA Lead is responsible for managing the developers and their daily activities needed for the analysis, development, testing and implementation of automations. As RPA Lead, you will provide support to all development projects by ensuring proper scheduling, planning, and resource allocation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage and supervise developers, ensuring their tasks are aligned with project requirements.
- Oversee the analysis, development, testing, and implementation of automations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct feedback processes, including peer reviews and portfolio reviews.
- Foster a performance culture by providing coaching and mentoring to individuals and the team to achieve excellence.
- May supervise vendors or off-shore resources, ensuring their work aligns with project objectives.
- Work closely with the ADL (Analytics, Data & Integration) team at the global and regional level.
- Partner with IBS and all NBS Centers globally to contribute to the ambition of becoming a digital knowledge hub.
What will make you successful
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, System Analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of design and implementation experience in IS/IT, with Agile methodologies
• Exposure to multiple, diverse technical configurations, technologies and processing environments
• Strong experience of development life cycle methodologies (paper-based design, agile software development, rapid prototyping, lean start-up, KANBAN, and DevOps)
• Proven ability to define Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and experience delivering them rapidly and with a high rate of IS/IT consumer adoption
• Experience in working with IS/IT consumers, understanding requirements and opportunities and translating them into solutions and taste-testing minimum viable products (A/B testing, etc.)
• Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English
• Experience having worked in a global environment and with virtual teams
