Job Summary

As a Sales Finance Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting Nestlé’s commercial operations by managing trade claims, deductions, and long-term trade activities. You will ensure the accuracy of trade accruals, provide insights on trade spend movements, and oversee sales finance systems to drive efficiency and compliance. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical expertise in SAP and Power BI, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders.

 

A day in the life...

  • Trade Claims Management: Handle trade claims, deductions, and ensure accurate accruals.
  • Sales Systems Oversight: Manage Exceedra master data, CRM7, dashboards, and ecosystem dependencies.
  • Compliance & Best Practices: Support commercial planning processes (ICP, MBP, SRM, Channel 360) and ensure compliance with system testing, access, and user management.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, CDT, RGO, LGO) and external partners (software providers, data vendors).
  • Capability Training: Train new and existing users, develop quick reference guides, and act as first-line support for system issues.
  • Project Leadership: Lead technical solutions for key commercial projects such as CCS and NPDi tools.
  • Business Analysis: Provide insightful reporting, commentary on trade spend movements, and support effective business planning.

 

What will make you successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of experience in FMCG sales, marketing, or finance.
  • Strong technical knowledge of SAP (CRM7, DSR, BW) or ability to quickly learn.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
  • Solid understanding of sales processes, financial budgeting, and commercial systems.
  • Experience with Nielsen data is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and training skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with attention to detail and stakeholder management.
  • High integrity, proactive work ethic, and alignment with Nestlé values.
