Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Back-End Developer to join our dynamic team in the first quarter of 2026. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain robust server-side applications that power our digital platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions that enhance user experience and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain server-side logic, APIs, and database structures.
• Optimize application performance and ensure system reliability.
• Collaborate with front-end developers and product teams to integrate user-facing elements.
• Implement best practices for code quality, security, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the back-end stack.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in back-end development with languages such as Java, Python, Node.js, or .NET.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
