Conduct social media campaign performance analysis and report on the results

Provide actionable insights to brand teams depending on brand’s performance and trend analysis (ad hoc / campaign report)

Promote and support continuous improvement initiatives

Update Standard Routines based on assignment

 

DIGITAL NEWS & ALERTS

Cover online Social Media consumer posts related to corporate topics, Brands and alert Markets for any potential crisis

Analyze consumer sentiments in Social Media and submit daily/ monthly reports

Promote and support continuous improvement initiatives

Update Standard Routines based on assignment

 

SOCIAL MEDIA QUICK RESPONSE

Respond to consumer queries, comments, and complaints in social media

Cover online Social Media consumer posts related to product/brand complaints and alert Markets for any potential crisis

Promote and support continuous improvement initiatives

Update Standard Routines based on assignment

What will make you successful

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications/ Research-related course

At least 2 years experience in social listening/ market research/ data integration/ statistics

Knowledge in data gathering and reporting

Experience in Market and Competitive Intelligence Research (work-related or academic)

Ability to work with high-volume, multi-platform, and complex tasks

Experience with Digital Marketing Analytics

Willing to work on shifting schedules
