  • Cover online Social Media consumer posts related to corporate topics, Brands and alert Markets for any potential crisis
  • Analyze consumer sentiments in Social Media and submit daily/ monthly reports
  • Promote and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Updated Standard Routines based on assignment

What Will Make You Successful?

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Communications/ Research-related course
  • At least 2 years experience in social listening/ market research/ data integration/ statistics
  • Knowledge in data gathering and reporting
  • Experience in Market and Competitive Intelligence Research (work-related or academic)
  • Ability to work with high-volume, multi-platform, and complex tasks
  • Experience with Digital Marketing Analytics
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules
