A DAY IN THE LIFE …

• Supervises the activities and functions of Services to Procurement and ensure that the Team’s objectives are achieved
• Oversee the end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes, ensuring compliance with Nestlé policies and procedures.
• Attends conferences and SLA reviews with  the Markets to discuss process improvements and deliver value to the business
• Recommends and implements system and procedural improvements
• Manages various functions including but not limited to performance appraisals, leave ailment & overtime approvals of team members
• Mentor and train team members to enhance their skills and ensure a knowledgeable workforce.
• Continuously motivates, develops, counsels and trains subordinates
• Prepare and present reports on S2P performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.

ARE YOU A FIT?

•    Bachelor’s degree graduate; preferably Business course
•    Knowledge in SAP and MS Applications
•    Should be able to respond quickly, accurately and efficiently to external and internal  customers’ requirements
•    Assertive and with sense of responsibility and maturity
•    Initiative to propose improvements in procedures and techniques in S2P process
•    Be able to create a spirit of teamwork among peers, rapport with counterparts
•    Good work attitude
•   Amenable to any shift
