A day in the life of...

 

  • Evaluate and execute the request based on Global Standard and market policies

  • Coordinate with Market IT Security Manager or User Management SPOC non-compliant requests and ensure that market policies are followed and updated as needed

  • Manage User Account creation, modification, & deletion

  • Evaluate and execute the request based on defined procedures and policies for each application

  • Coordinate and review with application owner the process to ensure it is compliant

  • Execute recertification process based on the requirement of the application

  • Performs internal quality management activities
  • Ensures proper handling of tickets and emails in queue
  • Helps review Standard Routines (SRs) for streamlining
  • Deliver process improvement initiatives related to in scope activities
  • Performs other tasks that can be assigned in relation to agreed developmental plan or that can be assigned from time to time

 

What will make you successful...

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or business related field course

  • Analytical, organized and keen to details

  • System and process-oriented with the ability to identify & resolve critical issues

  • With strong customer service orientation & exceptional commitment to deliver quality service

  • Able to handle pressure and deadlines

  • With average written & verbal communication skills in English

  • Able to handle highly sensitive Compensation information in a confidential and professional manner

  • Able to create process documentations

  • Advanced use of MS Excel

  • Agiity to learn new systems and tools

  • Able to work well in a team environment as well as independently

  • Willing to adjust shift schedule as demanded by the business
