Position Summary
Our manufacturing facility in Miami, Oklahoma, stands as a testament to the pet care industry's excellence. Nestled along the Historic Route 66 in northeast Oklahoma, near the borders of Kansas, Missouri, and Arkansas, this facility has been producing a wide array of pet treat products and brands since its inception in 1997. With an unwavering commitment to quality and safety, our factory plays a pivotal role in serving a vast region as we drive the future of pet treat innovation. Join us in Miami, OK—together, we are expanding our capabilities to shape the future of pet care.
As a Facility Quality Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for the development, management, compliance, sustainability, and continuous improvement of our factory’s food safety programs. Ensure all products are manufactured, packaged, stored, and shipped under safe and wholesome conditions as you make an impact on our processes and grow your career.
- Support factory HACCP systems, food safety plans, and food defense plans.
- Manage pest management and sanitation programs for the facility.
- Maintain regulatory records pertaining to master sanitation, pest control, and chemical use.
- Maintain effective communication with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to ensure compliance with all quality and food safety requirements.
- Develop and maintain the internal and external audit plan and associated procedures and documents.
- Train and coach employees in the areas of food safety, good manufacturing practices, pest management, and sanitation.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years' HAACP, Food Safety, Auditing, Laboratory or Pest Management experience within a manufacturing, industrial, military, or related environment
- 1+ years of supervisory experience
Other
- Certified Pest Management Professional License preferred
- PCQI Certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of the following preferred:
- Integrated Pest Management
- HACCP
- Good Manufacturing Practices
- Sanitary design
Salary: $80,000.90 to $103,953.00 per year
Bonus Eligibility: Yes
The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
