Position Summary 

 

We’re growing our teams and business in our newly acquired manufacturing facility in Miami, Oklahoma. This former pet treats factory, bordering Kansas and Missouri–sitting just over an hour away from Tulsa, OK and Springfield, MO–was selected for its current and future pet treats production capabilities and shared commitment to quality and safety. We’re bringing industry-leading knowledge and experience to this venture as we expand our in-house capabilities for dog and cat treat innovation and production. Are you up for the challenge?

 

As a Forklift Operator, you will perform a variety of tasks within our warehouse including loading trucks, unloading trucks, case picking product, and staging finished product as it is released from our packing area. Successful candidates must maintain a great attendance record and must be able to work overtime and off shifts.

 

In this position, you will enjoy competitive bi-weekly pay starting at $20.33/hr, a quarterly bonus, eligibility for overtime pay, full health benefits, 401k match, paid time off and much more.

 

The current shift option for this role is B shift (7pm-7:30am) on a 2-2-3 schedule (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on). Must be open and available to work weekends and nights.

 

  • Operate forklift (slip-sheet) and other high-lift equipment to load pallets according to specification
  • Move product to designated areas within the warehouse
  • Correctly warehouse all palletized and non-palletized materials from the packaging lines using safe procedures while maintaining the quality of all products and using accurate inventory management procedures
  • Safely load/unload trailers ensuring weight distribution, load integrity, and all shipping instructions are followed
  • Perform accurate inventory transactions into warehousing systems
  • Case pick product following all guidelines using an RF scanner, hand wrap and label products, and stage in the appropriate location
  • Ensure a clean and safe environment including sanitation and cleaning 

 

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1+ year of forklift operations experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, industrial, or military environment or related environment

 

The approximate hourly pay rate for this position is $20.33. Please note that the pay rate provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
