Our manufacturing facility in Miami, Oklahoma, stands as a testament to the pet care industry's excellence. Nestled along the Historic Route 66 in northeast Oklahoma, near the borders of Kansas, Missouri, and Arkansas, this facility has been producing a wide array of pet treat products and brands since its inception in 1997. If you are working toward a career in Engineering, Data Science, Business, or related field, we have an exciting internship opportunity with Nestlé Purina in Miami, Oklahoma. Learn from our Manufacturing Excellence team while gaining valuable real-world experience in a highly automated and complex pet food manufacturing facility. Whether your focus is Continuous Improvement, Data Analytics, or Process Engineering, this internship will challenge you to expand your skillset and make a genuine impact. 

• Participate in Industrial Performance activities including pulling and analyzing various performance metrics and reports using Nestlé systems and portals
• Support Continuous Improvement projects through data and reporting needs
• Participate in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities
• Help determine and fulfill Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE) activities across teams to drive results
   

Requirements

• Must be a college student of Engineering, Data Science, Business, or related field who is preferably entering junior or senior year in the fall of 2024 
• Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week on-site at the Miami manufacturing facility 

The hourly pay rate for this position is $25.00. Please note that the pay rate provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
