Job Location: Moga

Job Responsibilities:

BD Exports (All responsibilities E2E) - Maintain Inventory at factory (BD) / accuracy, Ensure the hygiene /cleaning of BD area, Align dispatches (indenting, execution) with HO / Transporter,BD complaint management / OTR, Maintain inventories (Klik seal, all domestic seals and materials required for exports)

'- Tracker of all contracts and agreements

' - Vendor SES against valid POs

'- All PRs for SCM ( Material / Service), follow ups for PO  with local / HO buyers and provide all necessary supporting documents

- Maintain inventory of warehouse sundry materials

- Maintaining records of PR/PO, SES, contract qty, validity, Expiry and timely renewals

'- Preparation of DIER and Maintain records

'- Pallet management
