Position Summary
We are looking for a B2B Marketing Activation Lead to drive the end to end marketing activation agenda for Nespresso Professional in Canada. In this high impact role, you will lead product launches, promotional strategies, sales enablement, and customer activations across all B2B categories, ensuring strong market visibility, sales effectiveness, and sustainable commercial growth.
Working closely with Sales, CRM, Finance, Operations, and agency partners, you will translate customer and category insights into scalable, impactful marketing programs for a diverse portfolio of B2B customers.
A day in the life of a B2B Marketing Activation Lead:
B2B Marketing & Product Activation
• Lead the B2B product marketing strategy across machines, coffee, accessories, and services
• Plan and activate promotional campaigns and product launches, ensuring strong go to market execution
• Own sales enablement content and marketing materials to support acquisition and retention
• Ensure alignment across B2B channels on all marketing initiatives
• Lead demand forecasts for launches and promotions, ensuring accuracy and readiness
Category & Portfolio Management
• Manage and optimize the B2B product portfolio in line with channel and business strategy
• Support pricing strategy development in collaboration with the B2B Marketing Manager
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform decisions
Customer & Commercial Activation
• Identify and activate high value B2B customers in collaboration with commercial teams
• Design and deliver tailored, win win customer activations
• Lead execution with internal teams and external partners to ensure excellence in delivery
Marketing Communications & Events
• Define and execute the B2B content strategy across all touchpoints (email, web, social media)
• Oversee B2C2B activations and regional initiatives
• Support the planning and execution of strategic B2B events, sponsorships, and trade shows
Budget, Performance & Reporting
• Own marketing budgets with full accountability and ROI focus
• Build and monitor KPIs to drive performance and continuous improvement
• Contribute to quarterly business reviews and revenue growth initiatives
What will make you successful?
• University degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in product or marketing management, ideally within a CPG environment
• B2B marketing experience is a plus
• Strong project management and stakeholder management experience
• Proven experience managing agencies and external partners
• Strong business and financial acumen (budget and P&L understanding)
• Expertise in product launches, promotions, and sales enablement
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Copilot)
• Bilingualism in English and French language skills are a requirement, as this position requires collaboration with stakeholders across the Canadian market (and/or globally).
Preferable Skills
• Excellent communication, influencing, and collaboration skills
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and results driven
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, matrix organization
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• High level of autonomy, accountability, and initiative

Compensation Range: $ 80,000 - $ 95,000 CAD
