What to Expect: 
While managing a team, you will be responsible for the key growth accelerator channel driving the targeted business results and customer experience by implementing omni and channel specific activation plans, campaigns and new global features and services, enable a step-change in end-to-end customer personalization, and grow overall digital capability in the and B2C market.

 

A day in the life:
Define the e-commerce market strategy and drive business and customer experience targets:

  • Accelerate on-line acquisition of B2C customers, and consumption of club members with omni and or channel specific strategies 
  • Implement and automatize dashboards to have thorough and regular insights on the website performance and the online campaigns
  • Leverage internal and external data, insights and recommendations provided by the CRM Data & Insights and the e-commerce Analytics team to continuously improve strategies and activities

 

Elevate the Nespresso digital experience and build personalized, scalable on-line customer journeys operations:

  • Drive the day-to-day back-end management of digital boutiques (nespresso.com B2C website and App + B2B)
  • Ensure platforms are compliant with cross-functional requirements 
  • Optimize back-end performance of digital channels by collaborating with IT, CRC, Marketing and Supply Chain stakeholders 

 

User Experience: 

  • Drive and continuously improve the digital path to purchase and ensure a best-in-class digital consumer experience through optimized purchasing paths from call-to-actions to landing pages and leading test & learn activities
  • Design and execute the personalization roadmap for the market, based on data from the e-commerce analytics, CRM and Marketing team. 
  • Work hand in hand with CRM to leverage upcoming Martech platform (tools and technologies to automate, personalize, and A/B test)

 

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Ecommerce or equivalent
  • Bilingualism in English and French language skills are a requirement, as this position requires collaboration with stakeholders across the Canadian market and or worldwide.
  • 10+ years of experience in a corporate environment with a digital marketing and sales background or similar position.
  • 5+ years of people management experience leading and managing cross functional teams
  • Experience with managing E-Commerce Operations, Digital Marketing, and Web Analytics in B2C market 

 

Preferred Skills 

  • Ability to build relationships with colleagues internally and externally
  • Capable of managing complexity, manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines 
  • Thrives in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
