Location:  Montreal, QC

Position Summary

The content specialist is responsible for operational excellence in the area of structuring, publishing, updating, sharing and archiving of documentary databases / tools.

A day in the life of...

-    Oversee the development of an editorial strategy;
-    Be responsible of the FAQ website for the Canadian market;
-    Manage and keep updated the Intranet publications and in particular ‘Share Club for Retail /CRC /Trade;
-    Manage and keep updated the Marketing activities (Promotions, campaigns, etc.);
-    Drive continuous improvement;
-    Assure continuous improvement such as analyzing, challenging and improving all Nespresso handling processes.

What will make you successful

-    Must be bilingual in French and English
-    University degree or equivalent in Communication or in Quality or in business/ management
-    Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
-    Proven experience in document management or in internal communication, with a very good understanding of customer relationship environment
-    Perfectly master Microsoft Office (including Sharepoint)
-    Excellent written and oral communication skills
-    Organization skills
-    Critical thinking skills and the ability to analyze complex information and develop strategic insights and recommendations
