What to Expect: 
The Manager of Public Relations, Sponsorships, and Corporate Communications is responsible for the development and implementation of the Internal and External Corporate Communications, Brand Public Relations and Sponsorships Strategy, to deliver the key business objectives. 

 

A day in the life:

  • Acting as the external spokesperson and partnership relations. Responsible for managing all related activities with the support of the Brand Communications team, in partnership with agencies, to ensure the growth of the brand awareness, improve and maintain a positive perception/reputation of the brand and contribute to the development of the business in Canada.
  • Identify key annual moments to amplify through Public Relations strategy, including Consumer and Corporate activities, using key commercial and corporate moments
  • Identify and develop high-impact Partnership & Sponsorship to drive brand desirability and reach new audiences and organize Internal & External events
  • Manage rooster of key Influencers to represent the Brand and manage Nespresso Canada Social Media calendar and content
  • Manage effective Internal Communication strategy for Nespresso employees
  • Develop, motivate and manage a team to deliver superior performance and results
  • Manage budgets and ensure compliance 
     

Role Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in the field of Corporate Communications, PR, Communication and/or Event
  • Bilingualism in English and French language skills are a requirement, as this position requires collaboration with stakeholders across the Canadian market and/or worldwide
  • People management experience in leading and managing cross functional team

 

Preferred Skills 

  • Experience in media, influencer marketing and social media in order to build 360 programs
  • Strong experience in Public Relations with clear results in brand building and/or reputation management
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment.
