What to Expect:

The Media Coordinator supports the Media team in the planning, activation, and day‑to‑day execution of offline and online media campaigns. Working under the guidance of Media Specialists and the Campaign & Media Performance Manager, the role contributes to campaign coordination, quality checks, budget administration, and internal follow‑ups. This position focuses on operational support, process accuracy, and coordination, helping ensure media campaigns are launched smoothly, tracked properly, and documented consistently, while developing a strong foundation in media operations and campaign execution. This position is an existing vacancy.

A day in the life:

  • Support the planning, coordination, and activation of full‑funnel media campaigns across all paid channels (TV, OOH, Display, Connected TV, Online Video, Search, Social, and E‑Retail), ensuring alignment across formats, timelines, assets, and tracking requirements.
  • Ensure consistent coordination, timelines, specifications, and tracking requirements across all channels to enable seamless 360° campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with the media agency by supporting the preparation and delivery of media briefs, coordinating timelines, assets, specifications, and tracking requirements
  • Support campaign follow‑ups with the agency to ensure deliverables, activations, and reporting are executed as planned.
  • Lead selected media projects end‑to‑end (under supervision), ensuring coordination, execution, and follow‑up in line with campaign timelines and requirements.
  • Support QA checks prior to go‑live, validating UTMs, pixels, tracking, and links and escalating issues when identified.
  • Support go‑live quality control in coordination with media specialists and agency partners.
  • Manage the internal media platform: Feed management, Trafficking and others platforms.
  • Maintain and Coordinate updates with internal team and external agencies
  • Regularly track campaigns, based on results to reach Campaign objectives
  • Produce reports to highlight performance on main metrics
  • Update and maintain campaign tracking dashboards and documentation, flagging anomalies when needed.
  • Product benchmark report on media campaign and competitors analysis
  • Participate in the working session to improve performance and brand media campaign
  • Create and follow up on POs, support accrual tracking, and update OPEX files in collaboration with Finance.
  • Maintain accurate budget trackers and support financial governance.
  • Archive campaign assets, briefs, and learnings in shared repositories to support team organization and knowledge sharing.

Role Requirements

  • Bilingualism in English and French language skills are a requirement, as this position requires collaboration with stakeholders across the Canadian market
  • Business or Marketing degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant Marketing-Media experience
  • Possesses a strong interest for media advertising campaign (SEM, programmatic, Social)
  • Possesses a strong interest for analysis (ROI, Key performance indicators)
  • Media platform experiences (Facebook, DBM, DCM, Adwords) not require but a plus
  • Possesses a strong interest for creatives aspects
  • Organized with the ability to self-manage through project managing skills in making tight deadlines across teams
  • Analytical and detail-oriented
  • Enjoys and supports working with a team while being highly energetic and flexible in adhering to shifting deadlines
  • Be curious and motivated to work on all the media aspects (launching, optimization and reporting)
