Job Title: Media Coordinator

Position Summary

We are looking for a Media Coordinator for Nespresso based at our Montreal location reporting into the Campaign and Performance Manager. As part of the Marketing team, the Media Coordinator is responsible for supporting Brand and Performance media teams to execute campaigns across Nespresso's media landscape.  This person will take care of the implementation, analysis and optimizations of performance and brand campaign. The media coordinator will support the launching process for digital and traditional media channels (Web, Print, OOH, TV, Paid Social, Paid Search, Paid Display) He/She will report on media performance across brand and performance channels to measure the key performance indicators.

A day in the life of...

As a media coordinator, you will: 

Support the team in the implementation, analysis and optimizations of performance and brand campaigns.

•    Support the media team in the growth of the digital eco-system: New platform implementation, cross-department projects, media content campaign.
•    Participate in the media campaign reporting and ensure that we are aligned with key objectives
•    Manage the financial setup for media campaigns: PO creation, MPA signatures, Invoicing Process

Support the launching process for digital and traditional media channels
•    Assist in deployment of campaigns in collaboration with creative and media agencies to insure proper and on-time delivery of media assets (banners, videos, ad copy) and campaigns.
•    Traffic creative assets (visual and copy) to partner agencies for brand & performance campaign launches.
•    Provide campaign-relevant landing pages and UTM structure for each activation.
•    Assist audience specialist in distributing audience segments out to digital partners.
•    Coordinate the internal approval process to insure we get all the information revised and adapted for campaign launches.
•    Close alignment with the Digital Media Specialists, Brand and Category managers to ensure creatives are aligned to brand guidelines and set up for optimal performance.

Implement, monitor and manage internal digital media platform.
•    Manage the internal media platform: Feed management, Trafficking and other platforms.
•    Maintain and Coordinate updates with internal team and external agencies

Report on media performance across brand and performance channels to measure the key performance indicators.
•    Regularly track campaigns to ensure Brand and Performance are on track to reach the media objectives 
•    Produce reports to highlight performance on main metrics

Contribute with creatives ideas on how to leverage media campaign to help achieve business and marketing objectives
•    Produce benchmark report on media campaign and competitor analysis.
•    Participate in the various working sessions to improve performance and brand media campaign.
 

What will make you successful

As the successful candidate, you will need to be passionate, tenacious, results focused and really enjoy working in a highly energetic and exciting environment. You will already have experience in marketing, with analysis and optimizations of performance and brand campaign. Pro-activity, tenacity and enthusiasm are essential, as is your ability to understand and work within our competitive market. 

You will also have:

•    University degree preferably in Business Administration, marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience
•    Minimum of 2 years of relevant Marketing-Media experience 
•    Possesses a strong interest for media advertising campaign (SEM, programmatic, Social)
•    Possesses a strong interest for analysis (ROI, Key performance indicators)
•    Media platform experiences (Facebook, DBM, DCM, Adwords) not require but a plus
•    Possesses a strong interest for creatives aspects
•    Organized with the ability to self-manage through project managing skills in making tight deadlines across teams
•    Analytical and detail-oriented
•    Enjoys and supports working with a team while being highly energetic and flexible in adhering to shifting deadlines
•    Be curious and motivated to work on all the media aspects (launching, optimization and reporting)
•    Perfectly bilingual (French and English)
