Position Summary

We are looking for a Quality, Security, Safety & Health (QSSH) Coordinator for Nespresso based at our Montreal Location, reporting into the QSSH Manager. In this framework, the QSSH Coordinator will support the QSSH team on administration /organization of Operations and insure the tracking of key quality & health & safety metrics.

A day in the life of...

As a QSSH Coordinator, you will: 

Invoice matching / transaction tracking, PO reconciliation, Budget support:
•    Review and match invoices for QSSH vendors, support team in identifying, summarizing, reconciling, elevating issues, discrepancies, and errors related to invoicing

Monthly KPI reports preparation
•    Develop and monitor reports 
•    Track & Monitor the defined KPI's and update into monthly trackers, dashboards, and presentations 
•    Compile and communicate health & safety and complaints data

Support TQM Team in day-to-day activities/ and Planning and Execution of training- Workshops, and meetings
•    Plan, Organize and execute with the QSSH team training, workshop and meeting (the annual quality coaches meeting, safety days in boutiques, Health week event, monthly Coaches meeting, etc.).
•    Prepare QSSH related communications: Quality Management Systems, training supports, procedures, Security, Health & Safety Awareness communications
 

What will make you successful

As the successful candidate, you will need to be passionate, tenacious, results focused and really enjoy working in a highly energetic and exciting environment. You will already have QSSH experience. Pro-activity, tenacity and enthusiasm are essential, as is your ability to understand and work within our competitive market. 

You will also have:

•    3 years business experience, preferably quality or health & safety
•    Advanced skills in Microsoft office (Excel & word, outlook, power Point)
•    Is a problem solver, takes initiative to provide solutions for implementation
•    Can manage high level of transactions, can manage stress in peak periods, multiple items at one time.
•    Bilingual French & English, Strong communication skills oral and written
•    Autonomous/independent with the abilities to implement Company policies and guidelines
