Position Summary  

We are looking for a Quality, Safety, Security & Health (QSSH) Intern based at our Montreal location for the months of May to August 2026. This role will be responsible for supporting the daily reporting and managing tasks of the QSSH group.

A day in the life of a QSSH Intern 

As a QSSH Intern you will be working on creating and maintaining KPI reports, reviewing Quality, Health and Safety, and Security-related data, and supporting with the preparation and implementation of quality and health and safety initiatives. You will be involved in measuring and monitoring internal and external KPIs, and supporting the success of the initiatives identified within the department. 

 

You will also: 

  • Measure, analyse and report on QSSH KPI’s. 

  • Brainstorm strategies of continuous improvement. 

  • Play a key role in working cross-functionally with a whole host of stakeholders internally and externally to Nestlé ensuring the successful implementation of our quality and safety related projects.  

 

What will make you successful? 

A successful QSSH intern will be the champion and representative of the QSSH group throughout the organization, so you will need to be passionate, tenacious, results-oriented and enjoy working in a highly energetic and exciting environment. You will already have great project management and analytical skills coupled with your highly organised, conscientious approach. Proactivity, tenacity and enthusiasm are essential, as is your ability to understand and work within our competitive market.  

 

You will also meet the following criteria: 

  • Currently enrolled in 2nd, 3rd or 4th year undergraduate program with an emphasis in Health and Safety, Data analysis, Human Resources, Organizational Behaviour, Business, or related fields. 

  • Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft 365 Applications including PowerPoint, Word, Excel). 

  • Bilingual (French & English) required. You will be assisting with the production and revision of materials in both Canadian official languages. 

  • A fast learner, comfortable working within a dynamic, challenging environment. 

  • Capable of adapting to a fast-paced environment. 

  • Can build great relationships with internal and external stakeholders from various backgrounds and work collaboratively on multiple projects. 

  • Be able to showcase excellent communication and project management skills. 

  • Be enthusiastic to build and improve, with ‘can-do’ attitude and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
