What to Expect: 

 

As the B2B Regional Sales Manager, you will lead the Field Sales team in executing strategic plans and activities for the HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, and Café) and Office sectors, in the Greater Quebec City region. Your key responsibility will be to ensure alignment with business excellence, driving performance through motivation and support to the sales Team. You will oversee the implementation of the B2B sales strategy and sales initiatives, monitor progress, and analyze market trends to identify Nespresso growth opportunities in the region. 
 
A day in the Life of a B2B Regional Sales Manager:

 

•    Oversee the management and performance of the Horeca/Office Sales Team in Quebec City, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and effective action plans through close collaboration with Account Managers.
•    Drive regional HORECA/Office acquisition and business excellence by implementing SST guidelines and optimizing the Omni-Channel strategy.
•    Managing the regional budget and ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting in partnership with the Marketing CRM team.
•    Develop and manage the sales force structure through capacity planning, participating in recruitment, training, and performance monitoring to align with operational needs.
•    Ensure all Account Managers meet activity standards while contributing to a safe work environment and establishing effective sales incentive schemes.
•    Gain insights into the HORECA OFFICE market and main chain customers by mastering market analytical tools and leverage this knowledge to the HQ.
•    Foster strong relationships with existing and new accounts, ensuring a performance mindset and long-term collaboration with machine partners for consistent strategy application and availability of all machine models.
•    Execute the B2B sales strategy in collaboration with and through the Sales Team (Set annual machine sales targets for Key Accounts, develop operational plans, and coordinate promotional activities with relevant stakeholders).
•    Manage forecasting and logistics operations in collaboration with machine partners and internal teams to align supply with consumer demand and ensure effective communication across functions.
•    Maintain Nespresso brand consistency and enhance customer experience in the Office environment by delivering professional sales service and optimizing brand visibility through effective exposure and product trials.

 

Role Requirements

•    Bilingualism in English and French is required for this position. The role involves frequent and complex collaboration with collaborators across the Canadian market and/or internationally. These interactions necessitate a high level of proficiency in English to effectively perform the tasks associated with the job.
•    College degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Economics or equivalent. A university degree would be an asset.
•    Minimum of 5 years experience in business operations and leading a field sales function, with a proven track record of achieving KPIs and driving top and bottom-line results.
•    Experience in managing, coaching and developing people with proven leadership ability to drive and motivate a sales team.  
•    knowledge of Microsoft suites environment particularly PowerPoint & advanced Excel.

•    Demonstrates analytical skills and abilities to deliver results
•    Strong ability to multi-task and coordinate multiple projects at once
•    Understanding of international brand presence
