Position Summary

We are looking for a Sales Program Specialist based at our Montreal location reporting into the B2C Business Intelligence Manager. The individual will provide key support to the programs to ensure successful execution and achievement of goals by bringing together key stakeholders and leading the implementation, administration and maintenance of the key business tools/programs.  Be a passionate Ambassador of the Nespresso message.

A day in the life of...

 

NESPRESSO TRADE TOOL (NTT) 

  • Lead and engage users to fully utilize NTT as their primary and only CRM tool within Trade
  • Coach and guide users through updates and enhancements to the tool
  • Support end to end process and enhancement of the tool
  • Ticket management (escalate and follow-up as needed in support of Key User)
  • Analyze market reporting and provide recommendations to senior management
  • NTT release management (participate on release call, communicate and train end-users, translate training materials as necessary
  • Perform MAT (Market Acceptance Tests) as necessary
  • Adapt HQ training guides and deploy to all new NTT users in Canadian Market

TRADE MOBILE APP (TMA)

  • Challenge effectiveness and usage of each location and guide activities related to enhancement opportunities (training, moving location...) 
  • Ensure full potential of asset management by evaluating results within each location and making recommendations for change as needed
  • Market contact for end-to-end process regarding the app (from installation to execution – field + internally)
  • Analyze performance of the app in the market and takes action to close the gaps
  • Ensure resource presence for the scheduled testing sessions
  • Test and provide feedback on future versions of the application
  • Work closely with Project Owner to implement, drive and monitor usage to OP objectives and KPI’s

NESPRESSO DEMO PORTAL (NDP)

  • Raise tickets and communicate regularly with HQ 
  • Ticket management (escalate and follow-up as needed in support of administrative user)
  • Create briefs and manage updates to meet the needs of the sales team
  • Conduct agency/demo bi-monthly audit
  • Demo Agency contact for set-up, support and questions
  • Provide general support and training to the Field Sales Team and Agency as needed
  • Participate in pilot and ultimately implement new HQ Global Demo Tool solution

TRAINING TOOL

  • Work with internal partners to develop a sustainable training program for sales associates and  Coffee Advisors
  • Leverage use of available Nespresso’s training tools, providing the premium Nespresso experience
  • Coordinate program tools development with internal and external stakeholders
  • Keep program costs on budget
  • Ensure timely deliverable of all aspects for the program

As the successful candidate, you will need to be passionate, tenacious, results focused and really enjoy working in a highly energetic and exciting environment. Pro-activity, tenacity and enthusiasm are essential, as is your ability to understand and work within our competitive market. 

You will also have:

•    3-5 years’ experience in marketing or sales in fast moving consumer or luxury goods
•    Bachelor’s Degree Required
•    Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite and Access is a must; (Advanced Level/ Expert on Excel and Access, Power BI, SQL)
•    Knowledge of the Salesforce and C4C software environments an asset
•    Ability to define and clearly explain conceptual solutions.
•    Strong aptitude to recognize opportunities for improvement and take appropriate action
•    Demonstrated leadership abilities and results orientation
•    Excellent organizational and time management skills
•    Strong communication/presentation skills
•    Good knowledge of retail landscape in Canada (luxury goods is an asset)
•    Bilingual (written and oral) in English and French.
