Position Summary

We are looking for a Chatbot and Self-Serve Specialist based at our Montreal head office reporting into the CRC Unit Manager. As the chatbot and self-serve specialist, you will be responsible to ensure all delivery streams work in a cohesive and optimized way, aligned with our business commitments.

A day in the life of...

As the Chatbot and Self-Serve Specialist, you will design flows using artificial intelligence, in an established AI system, to communicate with humans via text or audio to optimize and automate our customer service experience. The successful candidate will maintain AI conversational components, issue diagnosis, analyse its performance and continually improve the system.

  • Create text through our application that includes reviewing and simplifying code when needed;
  • Qualifying, monitoring and analysing chatbot data for excellent AI based automated customer service;
  • Collaborate with ecommerce stakeholders on application design;
  • Define recurring questions that can be handled automatically and design flow to respond to them;
  • Assist in handling bilingual support;
  • Train, test, maintain models by measuring quality and performance on representative data sets;
  • Act as a collaborative contributor by engaging with complete architecture and design activities to support the IT mission; leveraging industry best practices.

What will make you successful

  • Must be bilingual, English and French;
  • 1-2 years experience working in AI chatbots, machine learning applications, or related fields;
  • Experience working on a variety of datasets which include text, images and other logs or clickstreams;
  • Knowledge of JIRA, Agile Frameworks, and/or project management programs (asset);
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to build reports at all levels of the organization;
  • Strong situational analysis and decision-making ability;
  • Demonstrated strong problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills;
  • Self-motivated, autonomous, and self-directed
  • Ability to take decisions and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
