What to Expect:
The Supervisor, Field Service & B2B Training will be responsible to lead the technicians, coordinate and perform training for internal and external technicians and service partners and managing the technicians schedule of activities
A day in the life:
- Manage weekly, monthly & yearly schedule planning for technicians including projects & roll out
- Prepare the preventive maintenance programs for technicians and organize courtesy visits to B2B clients for technicians
- Perform monthly analysis to identify gaps and detractors impacting consistent first-time call repairs are achieved.
- To manage the technical team of 3 technicians: Annual performance reviews, vacation schedule, skill developments
- Ensure field technicians are trained to provide professional communications, quality installations, repairs and preventive maintenance and an overall positive customer experience is achieved and to ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time
- Provides technical support and coaching for service partners & internal stakeholders such as the Nespresso Call Center and the Internal Sales teams.
- Perform periodic stock reviews of spare parts, machines, packaging material and other miscellaneous assets
- Compile inventory reports, perform analysis on availability, usage, needs, overstock and dead inventory
- Participate and assist in special projects, coordinating with other departments to ensure deliverables falling within scope of the repair center are met
Role Requirements
- Bilingualism in English and French language skills are a requirement, as this position requires collaboration with stakeholders across the Canadian market.
- Technical degree preferred, or 3-5 years of experience in operations, including technical repair environment in warehouse
- 4 years’ work experience with After-Sales Service support functions required.
- 2 years’ work experience compiling and creating analytical reports strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook required.
- People leadership and talent development experience preferred.
- Capable of creating logical formulas and data queries through Excel or data extract tool.
- Ability to work with clear deadlines.
- Focused on continuous improvement.
- Ability to train people on the field.
- Problem identification and solving.
- Good analytical skills.
