What to Expect:
We are looking for a bilingual talent acquisition coordinator based at our Montreal head-office, reporting to the Talent acquisition Manager. The primary responsibilities of this role include collaborating with our retail team and supporting administrative and coordination activities related to recruitment for our network of stores across Canada.
A day in the life:
In this role, you will be a key support partner for the Talent Acquisition team and store managers across Canada. Your responsibilities will include, among other things:
- Coordinate recruitment activities for boutique positions, from posting job openings to hiring.
- Handle administrative follow-ups related to applications, interviews, job offers, pre-employment screenings, and onboarding.
- Keep various recruitment systems, tools, and tracking spreadsheets up to date.
- Collaborate with managers to ensure a smooth and professional experience for candidates.
- Answer candidates’ questions and ensure an excellent candidate experience at every stage of the process.
- Support the HR team on various projects and initiatives related to recruitment and the employee experience.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Approximately 75% of the role focuses on coordination, administration, and operational follow-ups related to recruitment.
Role Requirements
- A university or college degree in business or a related field. A professional certification in human resources is considered an asset.
- Bilingualism in English and French is required, as this position involves collaborating with partners in the Canadian market.
- 1–2 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in a coordination, customer service, recruitment, or administrative role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience with automated applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Preferred Skills
- Experience with an HR system (e.g., SuccessFactors)
- Knowledge of recruitment tools (Indeed, LinkedIn)
- Experience in the retail industry
- Experience conducting competency-based interviews
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Commitment to customer service and respect for confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Sound judgment and ability to propose practical solutions to HR challenges
- Strong focus on details, processes, and metrics

Compensation Range: $ 58,000 - $ 68,000 CAD
