What to Expect: 
 You will be responsible for leading the recruitment process from end-to-end for boutiques, CRC and Retail Corporate . You will also provide support to hiring managers by evaluating their staffing needs through customer focused and proactive sourcing that reflect standard methodologies. In addition, you will lead and define the customer facing recruitment strategy and employer branding initiatives, focusing on building diverse talent pipelines for the future.

 

A day in the life of a TA Partner:

  • Partner with Customer Facing HR Business Partners to lead sourcing and recruiting activities within functional area(s): Recommend and align with Hiring Managers on recruitment strategy and own the interview process from end-to-end. Scope also includes training hiring managers on interview techniques and protocol to guarantee adherence and best outcome.
  • Review and select suitable candidates for evaluation by hiring managers, ensuring objectivity of the process and compliance with local regulations and standard methodologies. Including internal and externals
  • Validate Job description content and post on-line; screen submitted resumes using our recruitment platform, Success Factors and handle correspondence to applicants as appropriate.
  • dentify and drive process improvements to current HR practices which may include candidate assessment and advertising strategies
  • Establish strong collaborative relationships across Nespresso and NiM to ensure sharing of talent and other best-in-class general HR and recruitment practice.
  • Play a role of 'SME' for the end-to-end hiring process both for Nespresso hourly and salaried recruitments.
  • Mentor and operationally coach their colleagues
  • Lead in creating the strategy for shaping the overall Customer Facing talent acquisition team priorities for the year.
  • Lead in building the strategy for employer branding initiatives and other key projects for CF talent acquisition.

 

Role Requirements

  • Bilingualism in English and French is required for this position. The role involves frequent and complex collaboration with stakeholders across the Canadian market and/or internationally. These interactions necessitate a high level of proficiency in English to effectively perform the tasks associated with the job.
  • Minimum 5-6 years of professional experience - including related HR experience with a focus on recruitment and proven ability to optimally support a large volume of recruitment assignments.
  •  A university degree or equivalent experience


Preferred Skills 

  • Knowledge of the retail environment 
  • Professional Human Resource Designation
