What to Expect:
As a Trade Account Specialist you'll provide crucial operational support for B2C Customer Trade orders, ensuring smooth order flow, invoicing, and reconciliation. You'll collaborate with various partners to support the trade team and handle accessory and supplies orders. Your role will involve finding opportunities for process improvements, enhancing customer service levels, and addressing demand-related issues.
A day in the life:
• Reviewing end-to-end processes in the trade logistics team to find opportunities for efficiencies and savings
• Following vendor portals or account issues including order follow-up, backorder notifications, and chargeback reductions
• Suggesting process improvements to enhance customer service levels
• Collaborating with Warehouse, Supply Planning, and Logistics teams regarding order status, inventory flow and generating forecasting solutions with external teams
• Addressing demand-related issues with partners such as the Business Intelligence team, Key Account managers, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams
• Tracking and reporting key metrics to improve orders, returns process and raise and share valuable customer insights to improve the customer experience
Role Requirements
• Bilingualism in English and French language skills are a requirement, as this position requires collaboration with stakeholders across the Canadian market and/or worldwide.
• 2-3 years proven experience in customer service or logistics in fast moving consumer or luxury goods
• Understands key business functions i.e. Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain.
• Strong Analytical skills - Ability to work with numbers: generate reports and statistical data, ability to interpret that data and in turn identify problems, opportunities, trends and develop solutions
• Knowledge of retail landscape in Canada
