Position Summary 
We are looking for a B2C Vice President based at our Montreal location reporting into the Business Executive Officer (BEO). The B2C VP is responsible to drive the Nespresso's business results and brand image by translating and implementing the global commercial strategy into the local market and ensuring the Nespresso omnichannel consumer experience across all B2C consumer touchpoints, including Boutiques, Trade, E-business (B2C).


A day in the life of a B2C Vice President
Drive Nespresso's business results and brand image
• Develop and implement the omnichannel B2C strategy based on data & insights
• Ensure effective liaison with all the direct and indirect Nespresso channels to support seamless execution and to deliver a consistent omnichannel consumer experience and facilitate an effective customer feedback loop
• Establish partnerships with Management of key Trade partners to drive strategic presence and channel growth
• Drive a continuous assessment and efficient expansion of our Boutiques network 
• Define and implement the eCommerce strategy (cascading from the market OMP, HQ Global strategy and e-comm roadmap) in order to accelerate on-line acquisition of B2C and customers
• Monitor performance of B2C channels and make decisions on further improvement
• Define and implement eBusiness Route-to-Market strategy in line with business strategy and omnichannel approach
• Identify commercial opportunities in the market to foster sustainable growth in the B2C channels


Department and Management Responsibilities
• As part of the local Management Team, drive the overal organisation's business results by making tactical and strategic decisions and by building the organisation in a sustainable way
• Drive innovative solutions relevant for Nespresso by following the latest developments in the field and stay up-to-date on competitors
• Act as a spokesperson within the organisation and in the Management Team and be the end responsible for the department and the department's results
• Translate the global strategy to local market needs and define initiatives to achieve business results
• Ensure that optimal investments and decisions are made in the OP process for both CAPEX and OPEX, in collaboration with Finance
• "Lead leaders" by promoting leadership skills
• Manage the P&L/budget within the department
• Align with HQ stakeholder and other markets' counterparts on strategy, priorities and best practises
• Improve and implement efficient ways of working in line with the operational plan and company guidelines

People & Performance Management
• Attract and retain talent, develop the personal effectiveness of employees by regular coaching and implementation of learning activities
• Build a strong team where team members collaborate effectively and understand their shared goals and purpose
• Set individual performance goals that provide a clear line of sight to organizational priorities and monitor progress towards achievement of goals by use of the PDP methodology
• Lead by example in terms of NLF behaviors and safety leadership
• Build the Nespresso culture by promoting and supporting a happy, healthy and safe working environment that encourages teamwork, ambition and a high level of professionalism

You will also have: 
• 10 + years in business operations experience
• Extensive commercial experience in marketing and sales, with a strategic mindset, preferably in a high end luxury brand or FMCG
• Strong knowledge of Canadian market, consumers and Retail industry
• Experience in Partnership Management/3rd Party Management/Field Sales Management
• Extensive organizational and leadership experience
• Bilingualism in English and French language skills are a requirement, as this position requires collaboration with stakeholders across the Canadian market and/or worldwide.
