POSITION SUMMARY:
The receiving clerk is responsible for the inventory control services for the facility utilizing the computerized maintenance management system (MMS). Follow all plant and safety rules. All other duties assigned by leadership.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The receiving Clerk Receives, stores, issues, and controls all materials required for operation and maintenance of the facilities. This position is also responsible for receipt, recording and stocking of part for use in the facility and continuing verification of the accuracy of the inventory values.
Clerk is also responsible to complete Cycle Counting reports and counting and provides input and support to improve accuracy and resolve all inventory discrepancies.
Maintains system for physically locating and storing materials. This includes but is not limited to; creating material numbers, modifying BOMs, assign part locations, label all parts and storage locations, issue material returns, perform cycle counts of materials to Maintain the kitting process to ensure work plan execution is efficient and effective.
Clerk is responsible to Create and maintain the FLOC structure, including adding task descriptions, pulling system reports to ensure system health, Also Identify slow and non-moving parts and work with team members to determine if parts require reassignment.
Support all safety and quality initiatives. Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment, including being a facility safety champion.
Responsible for maintaining a clean work area and all areas of the factory and grounds.
Responsible for following all safety procedures and participating in all factory safety initiatives.
Responsible for following all quality procedures and participating in all factory quality initiatives.
Must have a continuous improvement mindset. Be an example of professional behavior and GMPs.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor and leadership team.
The approximate hourly pay for this position is $20.96 - $28.78. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
