Job Title:
Industrial Services Technician
Seeking a motivated Industrial Services Technician to join our team. The main functions of the Refrigeration Technician are the responsibility for the operation, maintenance and repair of boilers, ammonia refrigeration, and HVAC utility equipment/systems.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:
- Schedule: 12 hour 2/2/3 schedule 6:00-6:00
- Pay: $29.50 - $33.00. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH:
- Maintain proper functioning of refrigeration systems, steam generation, compressed air, hot water, treated water, glycol and other systems.
- Respond to emergency calls regarding refrigeration on production floor.
- Ensure continued production operation as it relates to refrigeration equipment, utilities and HVAC equipment.
- Dismantle malfunctioning system and test components using electrical mechanical and pneumatic testing equipment. Troubleshoot, adjust and /or repair utility systems equipment as problems/deviations occur.
- Pipefitting and plumbing repair.
- Repair/rebuild pumps, valves, regulators, traps, fans, etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- This position requires CIRO certification at the completion of two years of service. All necessary training materials and courses will be provided.
- Experience in ammonia refrigeration and boilers preferred.
- Must be willing and able to participate on a HAZMAT team.
- Must observe good manufacturing practices (GMPs).
SKILLS:
- Have legible handwriting with attention to detail.
- Maintain regular work attendance.
- Must possess basic reading, writing, mathematical, and computer skills.
- Work in a team environment.
- Maintain neat and accurate documentation when required.
- Ability to climb stairs and stand for long periods of time.
