Lead Training Coordinator

An HR Trainer provides technical training and mentorship to production associates and certified On the Job Trainers. This individual will focus on training full-time. The trainer will be responsible for ensuring that all current operators are properly trained with updated documentation. The trainer will also be responsible for updating all training documents and manuals necessary for his/her assigned department. He/she will also be responsible for monitoring the training progress of any individual who is new to the trainer’s assigned department. The trainer will be expected to run reports on all training compliance databases and effectively identify and communicate any current or future noncompliance issues. Environmental Factors: slippery or uneven surfaces, working with hands in water, working closely with others, steam and hot surfaces, loud machinery environment, refrigerated 45 - 55 degree Fahrenheit environment, moving objects or vehicles, wet environment.
