It’s not often you get the opportunity to lead the growth strategy in a dynamic nutrition market for one the world’s leading food and beverage companies.

 

We are looking for a proven results driven senior sales leader to develop and execute the Nestle Health Science customer and category plans.  The successful candidate will have the ability to build and grow existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.

A day in the life of...

 

You will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our business. Reporting to the Business Executive Officer, you will demonstrate strong strategic thinking, planning and commercial acumen to deliver:

 

  • Develop and implement sales plans, manage priorities and execution across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Lead the sales team, driving them to successfully implement commercial strategies
  • Analysis of sales trends and translate insights into customer opportunities.
  • Manage the customer relationships at a national or state based level
  • Oversee execution of strategic channel plans and tactical activities
  • Drive for continuous improvement of Field Force Effectiveness and delivering operational efficiencies within the sales function with key stakeholders, including distributors and State and National Governing bodies.
  • Support team capability through motivation and engagement, to build a high performance-focused and effective team.

 

What will make you successful

 

You have a degree qualification in business, management, economics, finance or other related fields. Hold 10+ years’ experience in a sales position. Your professional experience is gained through a diverse range of customers and channels. The right person must be thorough and detailed, with a high level of relationship building and influencing skills. This role requires frequent business travel within Australia and New Zealand.


Demonstrated experience and understanding of the health care industry is favourable. The successful candidate must have clear and effective communication skills and strong team leadership capabilities.  Capacity to understand the marketing function and other relevant cross functional groups within the goods manufacturing industry.
