POSITION SUMMARY

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing and Events Coordinator to join our Nestlé Health Science business based at our head office in Mulgrave VIC.

A DAY IN THE LIFE...

Reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager, you will play an important role in assisting the Marketing and Sales functions with;

  • Planning and execution of internal and external meetings, seminars and events for Healthcare Nutrition staff & customers
  • Develop and maintain a calendar of events involving; seminars, trade displays, expos, industry meetings.  
  • A key to this role is to manage all of the administration coordination for the team and you will also manage the point of sale and marketing material.

ARE YOU A FIT?

We are seeking candidates with exposure to marketing and events coordination.  Just as important, however, will be a positive attitude, the capacity to work in a team, and enjoy working autonomously on projects that will make a real impact. 
To be successful in this role you will have;

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or related degree 
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role 
  • Strong administration skills and high-level competency in Microsoft Office Programs
  • Effective communication, Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Exceptional time management with ability to work under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organised, process driven, and deadline focused
  • Exposure to digital marketing and use of other multi channels comms to reach customers would be advantageous

Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia and have Permanent Residency.
