POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting directly to the Sales Force Effectiveness Manager you will be responsible for producing sales analytics to influence sales performance and align Marketing strategies, reviewing the different business channels based on current strategy/funding/activity and produce multiple recommendations to influence and measure performance and managing system, data integrity, training of users, analysis of inputs over various time points as per business requirements

A day in the life of...

 

  • Maintenance and development of online activity dashboards that reflect national strategy across channels. Deep dive analysis required to drive commercial outcomes for the greater business.                                     
  • Be the reference point in the Australian market for Veeva topics, upcoming training and new phases of the system whilst also being the reference point between Australia and the Global team.                              
  • Maintaining an accurate database of all HCP/Non HCP and Business accounts within the CRM, with appropriate profiling and classification.
  • Ongoing accountability for processes used to measure company resources, e.g Account Specialist activity, sample dispersement, and others that measure execution of channel specific strategy e.g Key Selling Message delivery.                                           
  • Influence change with the SFE Manager that proves the efficiency of the sales force based on various data sources. This would involve managing stakeholder expectations and delivering results in the form of remapping of CRM territories and aligning them with in-market sales data.                                            
  • Veeva support for the site and external field force.
  • Market modelling for the Institution channels to determine market potential and penetration, that would assist in the development of new sales strategies and opportunities based on various forms of internal and external data. This would involve multiple stakeholders from various functions and would include potential head count changes.                                                                                    

What Will Make You Successful?

  • You will possess strong communication skills to be able to articulate a clear vision effectively in partnership with your key stakeholders.
  • Have Effective Time Management and Multitasking Skills
  • A Strong background in database integration (CRM, excel and implementing new phases), maintenance (of reporting metrics) and mapping (new territories).
  • Strong experience in data analytics and reporting.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
  • Ability to problem solve and provide strategic solutions
  • Excellent understanding of Commercial and Financial Acumen/Business Objectives
