Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive customer acquisition and manage the sales funnel effectively. This role involves collaborating with multiple stakeholders, maintaining CRM hygiene and ensuring successful deal closures.
Key Responsibilities

Customer Acquisition
- Own the full sales cycle: review prospect lists, identify decision-makers, communicate value propositions, conduct product demos, present commercial offers, negotiate, and close.
- Qualify leads, prioritize opportunities by potential, and maintain momentum through the sales stages.
- Deliver on monthly/quarterly new account targets and revenue objectives.

Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner closely with ROM, ASM, SOs, CD, Café Care Team, and PS to ensure fast lead response, coordinated demos/installs, and smooth handover to account servicing.
- Share market/competitor insights to inform channel and commercial strategies.

CRM & Sales Funnel Management
- Maintain a robust, up-to-date sales funnel with complete data hygiene.
- Log all interactions, next steps, demo outcomes, proposals, and closure status in the CRM.
- Generate weekly funnel reports and forecast accuracy as per cadence.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Experience: 3+ years in frontline B2B sales/customer acquisition.
Preferred Industry Background: Automotive, Luxury Real Estate, Hospitality Sales (or other solution-oriented, premium B2B selling environments).
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business/Marketing/Commerce or equivalent).
Language: Proficiency in English and Hindi.
