A day in the life of Account Manager (OFFICE)

Sustainable Acquisition

  • Identify sales opportunities within designated geographical territory to acquire new medium and large accounts with adherence to Nespresso B2B OFFICE guidelines
  • Partner with B2B Sales Support and relevant functions to ensure flawless execution of lead management activities

Existing Customer Lifecycle Management

  • Tailor Nespresso value proposition to increase opportunities with existing customers.
  • Maintain and nurture relationship with key decision makers after initial purchase to build partnership.
  • Partner with B2B Sales Support and relevant functions to ensure flawless execution of customer lifecycle management.

Continuous Development of Customer Knowledge

  • Build a solid understanding of the geographical territory and customer needs, to anticipate future trends in order to develop future business opportunities with existing and new customers.
  • Be the single point of contact for customers, including serving and training customers on Nespresso machines and product knowledge.
  • Monitor and share competitive activities with Marketing Team.

Premium Brand Values and Customer Experience

  • Ensure consistency of Nespresso Brand and Customer Experience.
  • Ensure professional sales service in accordance to Nespresso Brand.
What will make you successful
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably with a premium brand or FMCG.
  • Solid experience in a medium or large account management.
  • Demonstrated good level of project management skill.
