We are looking for a Digital Marketing & CRM Manager to drive loyalty and advocacy amongst consumers by harnessing the power of relationship building (through call center, CRM and digital channels). Drive and manage the development and management of product marketing plan to achieve pre-determined goals and targets.

A day in the life of...
  • Lead and manage the call centre operation and customer service  team.
  • Strategize, develop and implement CRM plans( call center, direct-mailing, SMS blast, EDM, loyalty programs, events) that nourish strong relationships with consumers to achieve business objectives.Develop and build segments of our customer database with the goal of providing customer retention and purchase conversions
  • Define measurement and learning objectives against social media/digital channels to ensure maximum impact and delivery against goals.
  • Accountable to enhance the knowledge and effective usage of relationship marketing (through traditional or digital channels) amongst the brand teams.
What will make you successful
  • 5 years of experience in a direct marketing environment, preferably with experience in both acquisition and retention marketing. Continuity or club experience, including retention and cross selling strongly preferred
  • Keen project management skills with an ability to interact with and motivate others to succeed on several fronts simultaneously
  • Effective verbal and written communication on all levels and both internally and externally
