A day in the life of Senior eCommerce Operation Executive
  • Plan & execute timely eCommerce project from new features & services deployment to global & local campaigns
  • Collaborate with eCommerce Merchandising colleagues to establish & ensure efficient ways of working within functional teams
  • Plan resources according to required Market Acceptance Tests (front-end & back-end) in coordination with stakeholders for all digital boutiques as per business plan
  • Responsible for building relevant & consistent best in class customer journey/user experience across all online touchpoints, aligned with the CRM insights & according to defined Campaign plans & Commercial initiatives
  • Track & optimize online acquisition campaigns with the Performance Marketing Executive
  • Define both user experience & eMerchandising A/B test hypothesis & scenarios through analysis of customer satisfaction surveys combined with Web Analytics & CRM insights to improve eCommerce channel new member acquisition, sales performance & customer satisfaction
  • Analyze & identify trends across the online customer journey, provide insight & recommendations to drive additional traffic & sales
  • Monitor channel performance progress vs targets with strong focus on sales performance, behavioral funnel analysis & customer satisfaction
  • Monitor local eCommerce market's standards & innovations to ensure our eCommerce Channel is at or exceeds the best customer experiences
  • Build recommendations/business case studies to feedback & influence the HQ eCommerce roadmap evolution
  • Work closely with eTrade partners to accelerate acquisition
What will make you successful
  • Experience in project management & webmastering / eCommerce platform management (including mobile)
  • Experience in website management - content management, merchandising, A/B testing and personalisation
  • Expereince in SEO Optimisation, SessionsCam 
  • Good knowledge of HTML, CMS, Google Analytics
  • Good understanding of online acquisition activities and impact on eCommerce sites
  • Advanced proficiency in predictive modeling, forecasting and other statistical analysis
  • Knowledge in CSS, JavaScript and Photoshop is an added advantage
