Our factory in the Netherlands is producing the most advanced infant formula for both the Nutrition division and the Nestlé Health Science. Our products with global brands are exported to multiple countries all over the world. 

 

By joining the finance team in our Nunspeet factory, you will take ownership and play a key role in all activities affecting the Product Costing- Master Data, Budgeting, Book Closing, Financial Accounting, Continuous Improvement. Ensuring accuracy of financial books as per accounting standards as applicable locally in the country as well as Nestle internal policies.

Costing Specialist at Nestlé Nederland 

 

This position reports to the Factory Controller. You will be part of Finance & Control department, a highly international and diverse team consisting  of six enthusiastic finance professionals, specializing in different finance areas.

 

Your key role is to support Data Management and Accounting in SAP environment. Ensure Activity Based Costing, driving relevant analysis and reporting, ensure adherence to Nestle Costing Standards and dealing with Statutory Auditors (EY). 

 

As Costing Specialist, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Trusted partner to stakeholders within and outside Finance Team;
  • Maintain Master Data (Costing and Accounting);
  • Master Data workflow; Perform Product Cost Calculations, Release of Costs;
  • Coordinate with Procurement for prices forecast;
  • Annual Budget (ACE) of factory- Update and Validate Master Data;
  • Period End Close: Expense Bookings, accruals and variances basis Nestle Accounting Standards;
  • Monthly Reporting;
  • Coordinate and be a key contact for internal and external audits (Enst & Young);
  • Adhoc queries and issue resolutions.

 

The vacancy offers more than just a challenge: 

  • A part-time contract for 20 hours a week;
  • With at least 2 days working from the office and the possibility to work from home;
  • Excellent terms of employment with elements such as a 13th month, 13 vacation days a year and a salary range of €1750 - €2200 (based o 20 hours);

What we are looking for?

  • Highly motivated individual; who can take initiative, proactively cooperate, convince others and aspires to be developed as Finance Professional;
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or similar;
  • 0-2 years’ experience in a similar function in Food industry,  however we are open to dynamic person with no experience as well;
  • Aptitude with financial systems;
  • Strong communication skills, eye for details, curiosity to learn and understand working in a complex environment;
  • Flexible and pragmatic approach to challenges;
  • Good control of both the Dutch and English language.
