Your challenge:

You will be part of the Automation and MES group in Nunspeet factory. Together with our MES,   Automation and IT experts you’re going to support daily operations in our factory. You will be assigned to one production line in Nunspeet and you will be responsible for Automation and MES topics. You will also support improvement projects on this line.

 

Your tasks:  

  • Troubleshoot and improve existing Automation and MES applications;
  • Support daily automation topics occurring on the line (HMI-PLC-MES);
  • Support root cause analysis for MES and automation issues;
  • Identify improvements areas on the line under your responsibility;
  • Support improvement projects related to MES and Automation;
  • Maintain and improve Automation and MES documentation.

This job is classified in scale HP5 in our CLA HP. The salary range of this job is in between €50.000 and €63.000 on a yearly bases. This salary indication depends on your experience.

What are we looking for?


You want to develop yourself as an Automation and MES Engineer within the Nestlé Company. You also like to work with colleagues from other departments like Production, Maintenance, Quality Assurance and Technology etc. Furthermore, you are aware of what kind of product we produce, for which group and why we follow certain rules for quality.
 

What are the requirements?


For this job we are looking for candidates with:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in the direction of electrical engineering, computer science or industrial automation;
  • Knowledge in PLC controls and affinity with network components and MES. Knowledge and experience with Wonderware and Rockwell PLC’s is not a must, but can be an advantage;
  • Experience in an engineering job in machine and equipment construction;
  • Good control of the English and Dutch language.
