Position: Detailed Production Scheduler and Materials Requirement Planner

Nestlé is looking for a Detailed Production Scheduler (DPS) and Materials Requirement Planner (MRP) to support production planning, materials availability and warehouse coordination within the factory supply chain.
The role is responsible for translating the production plan into an executable schedule while ensuring raw and packaging materials are available to support uninterrupted operations.
A Day in the Life of a Nestlé DPS and Materials Planner:
Detailed Production Scheduling
- Create a feasible production plan in daily buckets for finished goods based on the master production schedule. Ensure that the bulk plans are feasible and based on demonstrated capacity
- Optimize production sequencing and capacity utilization.
- Monitor plan execution and resolve production exceptions.
Materials Planning and Inventory Management_
- Ensure availability of raw, imported bulk and packaging materials to satisfy production requirements.
- Manage purchase orders, supplier follow-up and stock cover.
- Manage inventory within targets while ensuring supply and minimizing redundancy.
Warehouse and Stakeholder Coordination_
- Support warehouse compliance and operational performance.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, suppliers and planners.
- Support Supply Planner with preparation and hosting the Weekly Production Review
What Will Make You Successful
- Bachelor's degree in Production, Supply Chain or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years planning and/or MRP experience.
- SAP/APO knowledge and strong Excel skills.
- Factory planning experience in FMCG manufacturing required.
- Strong numeracy and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
