Role: Factory ER Manager 

Location: Nestlé India - Nanjangud Factory 

Reports to: Head HR - Nanjangud Factory 

What you’ll do:

Lead employee relations at the plant, ensuring proactive and constructive dialogue.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor regulations.

Act as a key advisor on industrial and social issues.

Drive closure of audit gaps.

Partner with internal stakeholders and external bodies (federations, authorities) to build long-term trust.

What you bring:

8+ years of strong ER and HR experience in a factory setting.

Deep understanding of industrial relations and conflict resolution.

A knack for solving problems under pressure.

Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
