Position Summary

 

A Day in the Life

• Cross-functional alignment on process improvements with key stakeholders
• Driving the implementation, execution and roll-out of end-to-end (E2E) processes
• Implementation of KPIs to measure effectiveness of E2E process improvements
• Definition of Customer Service Levels (e.g., delivery services, machine installation timelines)
• Provide the training content as part of the implementation E2E processes (e.g., for CoE, Sales, Supply Chain, TQM, Finance)
• Identification and resolution of organizational pain points and performance/efficiency gaps
• Continuous improvement of our ways of working 
• Review with other functions (e.g., Sales and Center of Excellence) to identify pain points and inefficiencies
• Setting up key milestones and timeline 
• Driving the execution and roll-out of identified improvements
• Support of Center of Excellence on continuous excellence projects
• Ownership of compliance projects and audits  
• Keeping process descriptions up to date
• Transition project planning/tracking / reporting
• Business case analysis/feasibility analysis for projects led on behalf of E2E or centers (e.g. for service expansion)
• Conduct project risk assessment on a regular basis, monitor identified risks and completion of mitigation actions

 

Winning Skillsets:
• Bachelors Degree Required
• 7+ years of sales and or operations experience 
• 5+ years of project management experience
• Strong experience with cross-functional execution of projects
• Operational experience at relevant functions for the E2E
• Experience as a Project Manager where analytical skills have been developed, along with financial tools and change management
• Experience of work with senior stakeholders
