Position Summary: 

The E-Business Analyst (Commercial Development) will be responsible for ensuring flawless, high-quality execution across Nespresso USA’s Digital Retail platforms. As the executional backbone of our digital retail ecosystem, this role supports the work of Commercial Development, Digital Retail Customer Account Managers, Digital Shelf and Shopper Marketing by translating commercial strategies into consistent, accurate, and timely execution across key digital touchpoints.

The E-Business Analyst will also provide operational support across retailer platforms, enabling readiness for launches, promotions, and content changes. This role will also manage performance tracking tools, mitigates executional risks, and supports continuous improvement efforts - ensuring Nespresso USA’s premium presence is maximized across the digital shelf and aligned with business priorities. This is a hybrid-based opportunity (2 days/week onsite (Manhattan Herald Square) and the rest remotely from home. 

Responsibilities: 

Digital Retail Execution Support

•    Act as the executional partner to Digital Retail CAMs, translating commercial priorities into operational actions.
•    Build and maintain dashboards tracking sell-out, launch status, pricing, and promotional health.
•    Identity, escalate and resolve operational blockers that impact revenue, availability, or customer experience.

Digital Shelf Operations

•    Manage item setup, content updates, and retail portal submissions across digital platforms.
•    Conduct digital shelf audits and flag product visibility/content issues for resolution.
•    Maintain PDP accuracy in alignment with commercial and promotional calendars                                                                                                                                    •    Content Deployment, Assist Sales & Digital Shelf teams to deploy content across digital platforms.
•    SEO enhancements, work with agency partners to enhance organic product search ranking by constantly updating titles, bullets, copy and back end keywords.
•    Conducting A/B testing, assist in executing and measuring various A/B tests for continuous knowledge and improvement.

Reporting & Process Optimization 

•    Maintain reporting tools to track execution health and identify areas for improvement.
•    Analyze root causes of execution issues and propose process solutions.
•    Partner cross-functionally with Digital Shelf, Supply Chain, and Shopper Marketing to streamline workflows.
•    Share reporting and process best practices with CAMs and Commercial Development teams.

Requirements: 

•    High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. 
•    2 or more years of professional work experience in e-Commerce, Vendor Operations and/or Digital Merchandising required. 
•    Current or prior experience working with Amazon Vendor and/or Seller Central tools is highly desired. 
•    Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint) required. 
•    Must have excellent communication (oral and written), presentation, organizational and stakeholder management skills (including the ability to develop and maintain strong, cross-functional stakeholder relationships). 
•    Knowledge of customer and marketing insights (market research, customer satisfaction, web analytics, etc.) required. 
•    Must have strong business acumen (including understanding of business processes/enablers) and project management skills. 
•    Willing and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision. 
•    Strong understanding of value chain analysis required. 
•    Willing and able to travel up to 5% based on the needs of the team and the business. 

The approximate pay range for this position is $90,000 to $100,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as geographic location.
