Position Summary

 

The Email Marketing Specialist will build, test, schedule, deploy and optimize communication directly to addressable customers in an effort to create and maintain 1:1 relationships, build the Nespresso brand, and promote Nespresso direct selling channels.

 

A Day in the Life:
• Operate directly in the email service provider platform including targeting, campaign building, QA, and scheduling
•  Deploy one-time, triggered, journey based, and dynamic messages as the calendar and business needs stipulate
•  Collaborate with internal partners for QA and approvals
•  Execute campaigns in other targetable communication channels, Including, but not limited to, print channels such as direct mail and package inserts as well as digital channels such as SMS and push notifications 
• Ensure communication is delivered cohesively across platforms to contribute to our overall brand building goals.
• Monitor, measure, record and optimize performance across all direct marketing channels in partnership with our Insights & Analytics team.

 

Winning Skill Sets:
• Bachelors Degree required Professional 
• At least 2 years of experience operating directly in an email marketing platform, including a proven track record with both coding and deployment
• Knowledge of direct to consumer marketing best practices
• Exemplary attention to detail and time management skills
