HR Project Manager

Position Summary

 

This role will strengthen the Nespresso company culture to achieve higher levels of engagement and retention and will create an attractive employer brand in the marketplace. The position holder will also manage onboarding initiatives and drive key HR projects that create outstanding employee experiences.

 

A Day in the Life:


ENGAGEMENT & CULTURE
•  Analyze Nestle & I (employee survey) results; and launch pulse checks as needed, to identify employee engagement trends and opportunities 
•  Engage with Nespresso employees and leaders and business to have a pulse on employee needs and develop corresponding initiatives 
•  Develop Nespresso programs related to our company culture to support engagement and retention 
•  Shape and make Nespresso’s culture come to live and lead on initiatives that support an inclusive culture


EMPLOYER BRANDING 
•  Collaborate with HR leaders and peers to strengthen and align on Nespresso Employer Branding, collaborate with HQ and NUSA partners to integrate Nespresso EVA and roll-out employer branding play book. 
•  Develop our company presence on our partner sites (Glassdoor, Indeed, LinkedIn), update with new content, experiment with potential social media platforms and bring employer brand to next level. 
•  Be the guardian of Nespresso US employer brand presence and enhance profile and review rating on our partner sites.


ONBOARDING 
•  Develop Nespresso onboarding journey, manage and facilitate new employee onboarding program and experiences
•   Review both Corporate and Customer facing onboarding journeys, liaise with Customer facing training teams to identify best onboarding and training journeys
•   Align with NUSA L&D teams on onboarding process and collaborate with all stakeholders (NUSA, HR Ops and support the development of an agile organization and define capabilities needed for the future
•   Identify future opportunities from a people perspective in a growing business and build projects accordingly
•   Facilitate and drive discussion with senior leaders to get buy in for HR projects roadmap

 

Winning Skill Sets: 


•   Bachelor’s Degree required OR equivalent years of experience 
•   7-10 years of Project Management Experience in HR
•   Change Management Expertise 
•   Strong written and verbal communication skills 
•   Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite (Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS etc.) 
•   Experience with agile working methods a plus 
•   Strong facilitation and influencing skills 
•   SharePoint knowledge a plus
