Position Summary

As a Supply Chain analyst, your will support the Supply Chain Manager as a trusted co-pilot within the Supply Chain leadership team (vision, organization, practices, initiatives/projects…) on a day to day as well as on a long-term strategic view. You will provide visibility around costs related to the Supply Chain processes through the driving of relevant analysis and reporting (monitoring of the budget and controlling the variances) and ensure adherence to contractual agreement with 3PL while always driving a sustainable mindset approach.

  • Collaborate in the development and establishment of the SC E2E spend. Collaborate in the development of the 
  • Monthly to the 12-month fiscal strategies. 
  • Work with SC Manager to review the monthly/quarterly/annual spend and ensure integrity of all costs positions 
  • against budget. 
  • Collaborate with SC Manager to Plan supply chain optimization projects. 
  • Coordinate Operational Plan (OP) and DF (Dynamic Forecast) process within the Market; collect and aggregate 
  • input from business owners, consolidate a full budget/forecast; prepare analysis for Nespresso Management and 
  • the Group
  • Build, develop, and maintain models, reporting systems, dashboards and performance metrics that support key 
  • business decisions. 
  • Design and build technical processes to address business issues.
  • Ensure the accuracy of data reported on project deliverables.
  • Manage and optimize processes for data intake, validation, mining and engineering as well as modeling, 
  • visualization.
  • Drive the sustainability mindset and behavior across all Supply Chain Projects and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement projects and actions covering Logistics, Transportation and recycling sustainable policies.
  • Create a compelling understanding of Nespresso Sustainability Values and BCorp Certification.
  • Manage our sustainability reporting and monitoring activities in line with the company reporting system.
  • Apply Information Technology techniques to facilitate work process improvements across Supply Chain (Demand 
  • Planning, Supply Planning, Delivery Services, CFSC, Logistics, etc.)
  • Continuously question and improve current setup and process. Support implementation of new projects and 
  • process.
  • Supports daily supply chain related requests from 3PL, HQ, CRC, B2B, BTQ, Trade, TQM, Special Events, 
  • Finance, Marketing, Business Excellence, Demand Supply Planning, etc. 


Education

  • BA/BS Degree required Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics,Information Technology). 


Experience

  • 2-5 years of experience, required. 
  • Experience in MS Excel,VBA, Database Management, Programming Skills 
  • and querying languages: T-SQL.
  • Experience in Business Intelligence and Data Visualization Tools including, 
  • but not limited to: MS BI Development Studio, Tableau and Power BI.
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to manage multiple processes and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities.
